Summer is coming to an end so I am making shore I get all my smoothies in. My favorite smoothie is a plain fresh strawberry banana smoothie. But my second favorite smoothie is a mixed berry. As has, always will. I had my first one in Disney worlds when I was 4. I will never forget that day!! Drinking my first  smoothie with Mickey Mouse at my side, fun. I want to go back to Disney world with my family! I think we are going back to Mexico next year. Anyway, I don’t like drinking smoothies in the winter, that is hot
coco time!

This is fresh beyond compare! I don’t like adding a
lot of sugar to any of my smoothies. I like fresh natural ingredients.yogurt, fruit, and ice!! Makes a great smoothie.!

When ever I come home from work, I’m hungry. I am always hungry. This is beyong healthy with all that fresh fruit and its so filling. I am trying to only eat foods that are filling. Chips are good but not worth the calories. They don’t do anything to your body to fill it up. I am stuffed after drinking this!!

It hasn’t been hot here!! Its like 76 degrees right now. But its still nice to have a smoothie!! When I
was younger, I would put a strawberry,banana slice, and one of those cute mini umbrellas that they put in your drinks on vacation!

You can add or take things away from this. If you don’t like blueberries, take them out and add blackberries. Do what ever suits you. I follow this but my friend always adds blackberries!
I will never think any of my smoothies are as good as Jamba Juice or any smoothie place. They are pro smoothie makers. I don’t even have a smoothie place near my house, that is why I make smoothies so much.  But this is close! Here is a secret, take away the yogurt and put ice cream instead and put in like 1/2 cup milk, and a little more sugar. You can make a milkshake. But it is way better as a smoothie!!

Its cold and refreshing and every thing you want your smoothie!!! Are y’all bored? I am. So, um how has your day been going? I went to this new restaurant near my house and it was so good!!! I got  the best lobster mac and cheese!!! Better than mine, and I make good lobster mac and cheese. And though I was full, when I got home and started this post, I was craving a smoothie!!

What can be better?


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogart


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed
  2. Pour into cups and enjoy!
