Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days! I have been really busy ever since school started. I don’t know why, I guess once school gets back, all the adults do too. But I have been really bust so just a heads up, its becoming harder and harder for me to post every day
When I was younger I remember having dinner with some family friends and we would always make chicken skewers. We made a lot of kinds but I remember eating this one the most.I remember eating of all the onions and peppers and saving the chicken for last. What? Its not like you don’t save all the marshmellows in your bowl of lucky charms for last? Or maybe I have weird eating habits. I do hat for everything. When ever I eat my half baked cookie dough ice cream, I eat all the ice cream and save all the cookie dough pieces and brownie bites till the end and eat it all at once. Anyway, we are still having little get togethers like that. I was deciding what to make and I decided it would be kinda cool to do those again. They are old but delicious!
How to make them better, add sweet onions, how to make them eve better, add some roasted pepper! You can’t have a kabob or skewer with one thing on it now can you? So al though the name, there is some soy sauce in here. I first tried it with out the soy sauce and just honey, it was really sticky in sweet. Sticky and Sweet are for sticky buns, not these. So I thought of a few other honey chicken recipes and I thought of sweet and a little salty. So I made it again and added some soy sauce and marinated it in some garlic and a honey and soy sauce. It was way better!! Better without believe!! I guess cause soy sauce is liquid it took away from the sticky texture of the honey so it didn’t feel thick and gooey when you bite into it. It was great!! Pretty much the same recipe as we used to use just a little twist!
Everybody liked them so they couldn’t have been that bad. JK, they weren’t bad at all! They were so good. I know in all my post I say that its “sooooooooooo good” and it probably gets boring, but as you can tell, I’m way better at making and cooking recipes then writing a post!!

onions and peppers in the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator at

marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking.

Turn and brush with reserved marinade

My BFF Malina loves chicken salad. So this one is for her!! What I like about this is, you can put what ever you want on
your sandwich on whatever bread. I put it on whole wheat bread with
lettuce and tomato!!! But some people but other things on theirs. Lots
of people put it on rye bread! What ever you like! My myself, I am a
pretty big chicken salad fan. I love all the textures. The onions and
celery add a nice crunch and a amazing flavor. This way you don’t just
have chicken and mayo. You know what is nice about this? Go on think,
I can wait. Its healthy. Ask yourself, how can something this good be healthy? Well the chicken has protein, the onions and celery are veggies, the bread gives you wheat, and the things you put on the sandwich with the chicken salad is good to!!!! This is a great dish to serve at a party. Put a bowl on the table full of chicken salad, then put out lots of breads and vegetables and have people make their own sandwich. This is great for a picnic to. So try it!!!!!!! You now the best way to make this. With left over chicken. It helps so much. I lovemaking big roast chicken with gravy, potatoes, onions, and bread. But never finish all the chicken in one dinner. So I make it into chicken
salad, everybody loves and we finish it all so we have room in the
fridge for other stuff!
You can really make this your own by putting it on any bread with any toppings! This is the most easy dish you will ever make!! All you do is mix everything in a bowl and put it on some bread! Its a quick and easy lunch, dinner, or snack!!Its really good if you toast your bread, it gives a warm flavor and crunchy texture!
There are thousands of chicken salad recipes. You might think “what is so good about this one”? I will tell you. It comes from the heart. I made this recipe with love for my BFF and when ever you do that, it rocks!! Wow, that was inspiring, I’m so proud of me for making that up! GO ME!!!!!!!! OK, lets do it!

Baltimore but I have always loved the Redskins. Since they didn’t make
it to the Superbowl I am rooting more to the Ravens. But anyway so I
will be putting up lots of Superbowl party foods like
wings, dips, snacks, and little desserts. By the way I am not waiting till
Saturday for desserts. I like to plan my food for the parties a few days
before not the day before the Superbowl so I am putting up desserts

I love pasta! My dad wasn’t Italian but he cooked great Italian food. He made lasagna with 6 pounds of meat, 6 poundsof cheese, 4 cans of whole tomatoes, can after can of sauce, some other stuff. He made wicked chicken Parmesan. Great pizza. So this one is for him! I love Alfredo. So the original recipe had no chicken, just pasta with sauce and cheese. It was good but it needed something more for flavor and texture. I realized how unhealthy that must have been. My family is very healthy, I knew it needed protein. I added some grilled chicken and it gave it more texture and juicy flavor. Then I realized it was white in color so I went to my herb garden in my back yard, and got some fresh basil. It needed color! I remember when I was younger I would always plate everything to look pretty. My family would get so annoyed because I would spend so long on playing and all they wanted to do was eat. But I would be like “no, it has to look good!” I’m still kinda like that but I’m getting better. Anyway, who doesn’t like cheese and pasta and creamy cheese sauce and more cheese! Lets take a minute to think o ourselves if we know anybody who wouldn’t like that………………………………………………………….. did you think of anybody? Me neither! I just love cheese. Cheesy everything. I like cheesy fries!! They taste amazing!! Maybe I can put a recipe for that up! Would y’all like that? Comment if you would! Anyway, this is a 5 star recipe that everybody in my family loves!!
Unless you only want this for dinner, you will need a side or 2. I love garlic bread!! Rub it with salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, and rosemary. Put some 2 cloves of minced garlic on each slice and there you go!! A fresh green salad is nice to so you get a fresh flavor. Bread sticks are awesome to pair with this too!!!! What ever is up your ally. The chicken alfredo is up everybody’s ally! I made this for my uncle who was coming to Maryland from California. He loved it, I mean loved it. I sent him the recipe, taught him how to make it, I still make it every time he comes down. It is hard to believe how much cheese and how creamy the sauce is!! AMAZING!!!! Well, go make it and enjoy!!
